Local News The marriage was celebrated at St. John's Church of England, Mudgee, when Miss Evelyn Brownlow, of Windeyer, was married to Mr. Thomas Garrett, of Enfield, Sydney, Rev. John Parr officiated. Miss A. Brownlow (sister) acted as bridesmaid, and Mr. W. E. R. Graham was best man. The bride was attired in a dress of white crepe de chene, while the bridesmaid wore a pretty silk frock. The wedding breakfast was partaken of at Miss Conn's and incidental toasts honored. The pair left by the evening train for Blackhealth, where the honeymoon is being spent. Their future home will be 'Sunnyside,' Copeland-street, Beecroft. Mudgee Guardian, Thursday 15 June 1922, p. 5.
