DEATH Mrs. Thompson The death occurred in the Mudgee Hospital on Saturday night of Mrs Jemima Harriet West Thompson, aged 74 years. Deceased was the widow of the late Mr. John Thompson, who was Lue's chief business man for very many years. She was well-known and deeply respected throughout the district, and her passing will be sincerely regretted by a wide circle of devoted friends. The funeral, which took place to the Church of England portion of the Lue cemetery this morning, was attended by many old friends of the family. The Rev. Obituary Mary E Honeysett Residents of Kandos and Rylstone were sad to hear of the death last Sunday of Mrs. Mary E. Honeysett, aged 73 years, of West Kensington, who passed away, whilst on holidays, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Alf Odgers, in Kandos. Mrs. Honeysett had been predeceased by her husband, George, 5 years previously and, after spending most of her life in Rylstone had lived in Sydney for the past 20 years. She is survived by four daughters and four sons, Mrs. A. Odgers (Kandos), Mrs. K. Thompson (Lue), Miss Marj. Honeysett (Kensington), Mrs. J. Justin (West Kensington), Bruce, Arthur, Peter (West Kensington) and Frank (Warragamba Dam). To the sorrowing relatives deepest sympathy is extended. The funeral took place to the Church of England portion of the Eastern Suburbs Cemetery Sydney early last week, arrangements being in the hands of Mr. Norm Brown, of Rylstone.
