WEDDING BELLS. PAGE-SHARPE. A pretty wedding was celebrated at St. Mary's by the Right Rev. Monsignor O 'Donovan, the contracting parties being Mr. Wm. Sharpe, son of Mr. George Sharpe, of Burrundulla, and Miss Mary Ann Page, second daughter of Mr. Edward Page, of Mullamuddy. The bride was given away by her father, and was attended by Miss Maggie Page as bridesmaid, while Mr. C. Page, Gulgong, acted as best man. The bride, who looked charming, was attired in white silk, maltese bertha, and wore the orthodox veil and wreath. The bridesmaid wore cream taffeta, and chiffon hat to match. After the ceremony the wedding party assembled at the residence of Mr. Con Lyons (grandfather of the bride), West End, and there the wedding breakfast was partaken of. The Right Rev. Monsignor O'Donovan presided, and proposed the health of the bride and bridegroom, which was honored with great enthusiasm. The bridegroom made a suitable response. The health of the bridesmaid (Miss Maggie Page) was proposed by Mr. David Page, and the toast having been honored in the usual way, Mr. W. Garretty responded. The health of the Right Rev. Monsignor O 'Donovan was then enthusiastically honored, at the instance of Mr. Con. Page, and the Right Rev. Gentleman made a humorous response. Mr. E. Page said he returned his thanks to the residents of Appletree Flat and Mullamuddy for their kind generosity in connection with the recent kitchen tea given to the bride prior to the marriage. Harmony followed, the father of the bride contributing a jig and Mrs. C. Page, and Messrs. G. Johnson and C. Page contributing vocal items, which were very much appreciated. Mr. S. Honeysett acted as accompanist. Mrs. G. Johnson, it may be added, contributed in no small degree by her energetic efforts to the enjoyment of all present. The following is the list of presents: - Mr. E. Page (father of the bride), cheque; Mr. Sharp (father of bridegroom), cheque; Messrs. Toohey and Page, cheque; C. Lyons, jun., cheque; Mr. P.
