Death | 18 June 1923 (aged 72 years) DEATH OF GULGONG RESIDENT Mr. Thomas Walsh, a very old and respected resident of Gulgong, who has a farm at Springfield, was discovered by his wife in an unconscious condition near his home on Thursday. Apparently he had been thrown from his horse. He was conveyed home, and died to-day (Monday) at 12 o'clock. Deceased had reached the age of 74, and was one of the oldest residents of the district, being a member of the well known Walsh family of Lue and Havilah. He is survived by four sons - Messrs. Sidney, Michael, John, and Vincent - and three daughters - Misses Ethel and Daisy, and Sister Joseph.
