WEDDING Riches - Kearns A VERY pretty wedding was celebrated in St. Patrick's Church, Lithgow, recently, when Mary, third daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Kearns, of Ridge Street, Portland, was united in wedlock with Leo, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Riches, of Auburn, and late of Rylstone, the ceremony being performed by Rev. Father Fahey. The bride, who chose a dainty travelling frock of pink marietta with navy accessories and carried a bouquet of pink carnations and lilies, entered the church on the arm of her father. She was attend-ed by her sister, Evelyn, who was a very pretty bridesmaid. She was dressed in a costume of sapphire blue and navy hat and shoes and carried a bouquet of pink sweet peas and stock. Mr. T. Cuthbert acted as best man. The reception was held at the Ecole de Dance at Lithgow, where Mrs. Kearns, dressed in a navy and fawn costume and carrying a posy, received the guests. After the usual speeches the happy pair left on the honeymoon, which was spent in the metropolitan district. The future home of the happy pair will be at Kandos.
