Death at Bundella.

In reference to the death notice, which appeared in Monday's " Guardian," the following are the particulars from the Merriwa " Standard ": - " Further particulars are to hand concerning the death of Mrs. H. J. Cornish, which sad event took place at her home, Belle View, Bundella, on 30th August, after an illness of three weeks. The deceased, who was only 19 years of age, was the second daughter (Tillie) of Mr. and Mrs. Jas. Lovegrove, of Glenfern, Yarraman, and formerly of Willy Wally. She was of a gentle and affectionate disposition, and was loved by all who knew her. Three weeks previously she contracted rheumatic fever and pneumonia, but owing to her always being so healthy hopes of her recovery were entertained by her relatives. However, on Wednesday morning she passed peacefully away, the immediate cause of death being failure of the heart's action. During her illness she was attended by Dr. Rikard Bell, of Coolah, and also had the services of a trained nurse; but all was of no avail. She leaves a young husband and infant child to mourn their sad loss. The funeral took place at Bundella Church of England cemetery on Friday, 1st Sept., the officiating clergyman being the Rev. H. Hodgson, of Coolah. Many beautiful wreaths were presented by their friends. Great sympathy is expressed for the bereaved husband and relatives.
