Obituary: Bertram Spencer Fuller Mr. Bertram Spencer Fuller, who passed away at his residence in George Street, Mudgee on Friday last, was well known right throughout this part of the State, where he carried on grazing pursuits for a lengthy period. He was 76 years of age, Deceased is survived by a widow and family of two sons and two daughters, viz., Darcy, Percy, Nita and Leila, and to them deep sympathy is extended. The funeral took place this morning from St. John's to the Church of England portion of the local cemetery, Rev. Barrie Close officiating and Messrs. The death occurred in the Mudgee Hospital on March 15 of a very highly respected resident, Darcy Glenroy Fuller, late of George Street, Mudgee. He had spent his life in Mudgee where he was born 80 years ago. He was a home loving, family man, a good kind husband, father and grandfather. He had an interest in sport and had been a life member of the Mudgee Rifle Club, in more recent years he was a keen bowls player. Darcy will be sadly missed by his wife Nancy, daughter Jan (Mrs. Pirie), sons Norm and Dennis, his grandchildren, relatives and many friends. The private family funeral, which took place in the Mudgee Cemetery on March 17 was followed in the afternoon by a widely attended service held in St. John’s Anglican Church, Mudgee which was filled by those paying their last respects.
