PITT WALSH. The wedding was celebrated at St. John's Church of England on Saturday afternoon, by the Rev. Canon Dunstan, of Cecil Roy Pitt, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Pitt, of Mudgee, and Miss Annie Louisa Walsh, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Walsh, of Havilah. The bride entered the church on the arm of her mother, who gave her away. Mr. Fred Pitt (bRother of the bridegroom) was best man, and Miss Florence Walsh (sister of the bride) was bridesmaid. After the ceremony an adjournment was made to the residence at the bride-groom's parents, where the wedding breakfast was held. Death of a brother | Thomas Walsh 18 June 1923 (aged 57 years) DEATH OF GULGONG RESIDENT Mr. Thomas Walsh, a very old and respected resident of Gulgong, who has a farm at Springfield, was discovered by his wife in an unconscious condition near his home on Thursday. Apparently he had been thrown from his horse. He was conveyed home, and died to-day (Monday) at 12 o'clock. Deceased had reached the age of 74, and was one of the oldest residents of the district, being a member of the well known Walsh family of Lue and Havilah. He is survived by four sons - Messrs. Sidney, Michael, John, and Vincent - and three daughters - Misses Ethel and Daisy, and Sister Joseph. The deceased was a life-long resident of Lue.
