Death of Mr. W. Thompson. News was received in Mudgee this morning of the death at Widden of Mr. W. Thompson, sen., one of the oldest and most respected residents of the district. The deceased had reached a ripe old age and is survived by his sons Messrs. William, John, James, Alfred and Joseph Thompson, and by his three daughters Mrs. J. T. Frost, of Rylstone, and Mrs. C.
