Mr. J. N. Donoghue THE death occurred at his home in Mudgee this morning of Mr. John Neil Donoghue, aged 63 years. He had been ailing for some time, and recently proceeded to Sydney for specialist treatment. Deceased, who resided in Mudgee practically all his life, was respected by all classes of the community. For a number of years he was employed by the local council as caretaker, and he was held in the highest esteem by aldermen and staff. Jack as he was familiarly known, had a passion for fishing, and year in and year out he was to be found following his favorite sport. A gentle, kindly soul, he will be greatly missed in this town, and all will join in extending sympathy to the sorrowing widow and family. The funeral will take place to the Catholic portion of the Mudgee cemetery at 11.30 o'clock to-morrow (Tuesday) morning, Messrs. J. C. Swords and Son being in charge of the arrangements.
