PROBATE JURISDICTION. In the will of Sarah Penelope Thorne (the wife of Walter Allan Thorne, of Umbiella, Glen Alice, near Rylstone, in the State of New South Wales, grazier), deceased. PURSUANT to the Wills, Probate and Administration Act, 1898, the Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916, and the Trustee Act, 1925: Notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims or demands of what kind soever upon or affecting the estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died on or about the 1st day of March, 1930, and probate of whose will was granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on the 8th day of April, 1930, to George Thorne, of Umbiella, Glen Alice, near Rylstone, in the State of New South Wales, station manager, the sole executor named in the said will, are hereby required to send in particulars of such debts, claims and demands to the said executor or to the undersigned, the solicitors for the said executor, on or before the 11th day of June next, at the expiration of which time the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard to the debts, claims and demands only of which he shall then have had notice; and the said executor will not be liable, for the assets so distributed, to any person of whose debt, claim or demand he shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution. - Dated this 11th day of April, 1930.
