WEDDING BELLS. On Saturday morning last, at St. Mary's Church, Mudgee, May, second daughter of Mr. T. H. Jennings, of Toolamanang, was united in the holy bonds of matrimony with Mr. G. Sharp, of Sydney. The Rev. Father Corbett, of Kan-dos, performed the ceremony. The wedding breakfast was held at Miss Conn's (Mudgee Guardian and North-Western Representative, Monday 16 October 1922, page 12).

Death Notice Fatal Shot - Man Drops Rifle - Gosford, Monday Thomas Jennings, 56, retired, of 64 Melody Street, Coogee, was fatally shot about four miles from Gosford this afternoon. Jennings, with his son-in-law, Constable C Hollingshead, of the Gosford police, was practising target-shooting in the bush opposite Parry's farm, on the Woy Woy road. While Hollingshead was adjusting the target, Jennings dropped the rifle. He grabbed at it and the charge exploded, the bullet entering his stomach on the right side. With the help of a man named Parry, Hollingshead placed the injured man in his motor car and carried him to Gosford as fast as possible. Jennings was admitted to a private hospital, and his dying depositions were taken. He died shortly before 6 p.m. Sydney Morning Herald Tuesday 3 November 1931 p. 10
