DEATHS Mrs. Mary Hextell On Monday night last, in the Mudgee District Hospital, the death occurred of Mrs. Mary Hextell, at the age of 84 years. Deceased was an old resident of Cudgegong where she had lived all her life. She was a highly esteemed citizen, and well known in Mudgee district. To the grown-up family of 12, all residing in Mudgee and district, our deepest sympathy is extended. The funeral took place on Wednesday morning, to the Cudgegong Cemetery, after a service in the Cudgegong Church of England. Archdeacon Bromhead, of Rylstone, officiated. His wife predeceased him and he is survived by daughter Nita and son Lloyd. The funeral took place on Wednesday, August 7, from St. John’s Church of England, for interment in the Church of England portion of the Cudgegong Cemetery. Obituary: Lloyd Allenby Perram The sudden death of Mr. Lloyd Allenby Perram took place at his home at Stoney Pinch, near Mudgee on June 6. He is survived by his wife Albion, son Allan, daughter Wynetta and sister Nita. Mr. Perram was 57 years old. Mr. Perram took an active part in the community in Mudgee and district. He had been the Cudgegong School bus driver for a number of years. The Mudgee Police Citizens Boys Club was one of the organisations in town which he took an active part in its activities.
