Death of a son | John Gore 16 May 1903 Cudgegong - Mems. (From our Correspondent.) A very sudden death took place in Rylstone on Saturday, 16th instant. Mr. W. Gore was driving his son John, aged 31 years, into the doctor, and on reaching Rylstone the young man took a fit and expired immediately after reaching the doctor's. The funeral cortege was nearly a mile in length, and a very sad scone was witnessed at the graveside, numbers of women fainting. Much sympathy is expressed on all sides for Mr. Gore and family iu their terrible bereavement (Mudgee Guardian and North-Western Representative, Thursday 28 May 1903, page 14). |

Death of a son | Francis Armstrong 24 July 1937 OBITUARY Mr. Frank Armstrong MR. Frank Armstrong, who died at the Liverpool Hospital on Saturday, July 24, aged 67 years, was well known and highly respected throughout Baradine and Dubbo districts. He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Armstrong and was born at Cudgegong. His remains were interred in the Church of England portion of Liverpool cemetery. He is survived by bers William (Baradine) and James (Mogriguy), step-bers Henry (Dubbo), George (Lithgow) and Albert Gore (Milton), and step-sisters Mesdames George Hextell (Liverpool), Albert Hextell (Kelso) and William Connell (Penrith).
