Note: DEATH

DEATH MR. JACK FARRAR Mr. Jack Farrar, of Mudgee-street, Rylstone, passed away on Monday evening at his home, leaving a widow, two sons and a daughter to mourn the loss of a loving husband and father. Mr. Farrar had complained of a pain in the region of his heart for a few days prior to his decease, but it was not thought that he was in any immediate dan-ger of passing away, and it was a terrible blow to the family when they went to call him to his supper on Monday evening, to find he had died without any of them knowing. This makes the third death in our midst within the week, and in each instance the passing has been swift and unexpected. Our sympathies are extended to the family so greatly bereaved(Mudgee Guardian and North-Western Representative, Thursday 2 July 1931, page 6).
