Death of a husband | Henry Cafe 22 December 1899 (aged 52 years) Death Mr. Henry Cafe, a contractor, was killed at Wilbertree on Wednesday. Henry Cafe Death MUDGEE (FROM THE WESTERN POST.) ON the evening of Thursday, December 28, Mr. Cafe, of Wilbetree, met with an accident, which terminated fatally. Deceased, who was a road contractor, had that day finished some work for the Cudgegong Council, and was returning to his home after having had the work measured up by Mr. J. M. Cox, Council Clerk, when his horse bolted, throwing him from the dray, one wheel of which passed over him. Death | May 1932 (aged 85 years) DEATH THIS MORNING OF OCTOGENARIAN RESIDENT Mrs. Jemima Cafe, who died at her home, Oakey Park, this morning, was 85 years of age. She had been a resident of Lithgow for the past eight years, previously living in the Bogan Gate district. A. family of five sons and one daughter survive, her husband having predeceased her 33 years ago. The only Lithgow member of the family is Mr. Alfred Cafe, of Oakey Park. The funeral has been fixed for tomorrow afternoon, interment to be made in the Methodist portion of the Bowenfels cemetery. The burial arrangements are in the hands of Messrs. John Simpkins and Son.
