WEDDING BELLS. MARKS - HOSKING. "Boogadah" homestead, the residence of Mr. Geo. Hosking, was the scene of a very pretty wedding on Tuesday, 21st instant, when Mr. William Gardiner Marks, son of Mrs. T. H. Marks and the late Mr. T. H. Marks, ofMudgee, was married to Miss Marion Edith Isabel Hosking, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Hosking. The officiating clergyman was the Rev. Jas. Hendry, of Coonabarabran, and the bride, who was given away by her father was gowned in an Empire frock of white satin charmeuse overglace, the corsage and yoke trimmed with Limerick lace and seed pearls. The bridal veil was of Brussels net, embossed with silk. She was attended by two bridesmaids, Miss Clarice Hosking (sister of the bride), in an Empire dress of cream mousel line silk, with pale blue directoire sash and Miss Cecilia A. Marks (sister of the bridegroom), in a directoire gown of white crystalline silk. Mr. J. C. Marks (bRother of the bridegroom) acted as best man. After the wedding breakfast the happy couple left by motor on their honeymoon. Mudgee Guardian, Thursday 30 September 1909, p. 9. Wedding Marks and Hosking
