In the Supreme Court of New South Wales Probate Jurisdiction. In the Will of Morien Morgan, late of Dunedoo in the State of New South Wales, Gift Store Proprietor, Deceased. Probate granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 11th January, 1966. Pursuant to the Wills Probate and Administration Act 1898 (as amended) the executor of the Will of the said Morien Morgan deceased, who died on the 8th July, 1965 hereby gives notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the estate of the said deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the said executor in c/- William Lander Cleary and Company Solicitors, 49 Park Street, Sydney or before the 4th day of July 1966, at the expiration of which time the said executor will distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
