(From our Correspondent.) Death. - Since writing my last epistle, death has visited us, and carried off an old and respected resident in the person of Mr. William Loughrey. I understand that he had been under medical treatment for some considerable time, but by all appearances his death was not anticipated by his friends, and a few hours before, he was apparently in the best of spirits. He was 44 years of age, and had been a resident of Ulan for about 15 years. His wife and family have the sympathy of their neighbors and friends at Ulan.
