The hand of death has been in our midst, removing from amongst us Mrs. John Heath, who died at the residence of Mr. T. Heath on the 1st October at the ripe old age of 88. Deceased had been ailing from a cold, from which she had partiallyrecovered, but a relapse caused her death. She was buried in the local cemetery, the funeral being largely attended. DEATH AT. CLANDULLA

Mrs Sarah Jane Hall, wife of Mr Henry Hall, of Clandulla, and formerly of Crudine and Running Stream, passed away on Friday last and was buried, in the Church of England portion of the Rylstone General Cemetery. Mrs Hall, who was 79 years of age, wasthe mother of Mrs A. Heath, of Clandulla, and Matron Hall. Rev. Fr. Kircher conducted the service at the graveside. The death occurred on Friday of Sarah Jane Hall, wife of Mr, Henry Hall at the age of 79, after an illness extending for nearly 12 months. The late Mrs. Hall is survived by her husband and two daughters, Mrs. Heath (Clandulla) and Matron Hall.The funeral took place on Saturday afternoon, and was largely attended. Interment was made in the Anglican portion of Rylstone General Cemetery. (Lithgow Mercury, Wednesday 24 February 1937, p. 6).
