PROBATE JURISDICTION,

IN the Will of CHARLES JOHN RINDFLEISH, late of Sandy Creek, near Cobbora, in the State of New South Wales, farmer, deceased.

APPLICATION will be made after four teen days from the publication hereof that administration (with the Will annexed) of the Estate of the above-named deceased may be granted to WILLIAM HENRY RINDFLEISH, a son of the said deceased, SOPHIARINDFLEISH, and ALEXANDER MASON, the Executrix and Executor named in the said Will, having renounced Probate; and all notices may be served at the office of the undersigned. Application will also be made to have the usual administration bond andsureties dispensed with, and all persons having any claim against the Estate of the said deceased are requested to forward particulars thereof to the undersigned within the time aforesaid.
