Miss M. E. Loy

The death occurred on Monday of Miss Margaret Elizabeth Loy, at her residence in Church Street, Mudgee. She was 79 years old. Miss Loy is survived by her sister, Mrs. M. J. Mahon, of the same address. Requiem Mass will be offered at 10 a.m. today in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Mudgee, before interment in the Mudgee cemetery. Funeral arrangements are in the hands of Messrs. Eastaugh and Carroll, funeral directors of Mudgee and Gulgong.

The death occurred on February 16, at Pioneer House of Mrs. Mary Josephine Mahon, aged 86. She is formerly of Wollar and was well-known in that district. She is survived by her brother, Mr. William Loy of Denison Street, and her niece, Mrs. Eva Babbage also of Denison Street. Her funeral left St Mary’s Catholic Church on Friday after requiem mass for burial in the Catholic portion of the Mudgee cemetery. Funeral arrangements were by Eastaugh and Carroll.
