Mr. J. W. T. Player MR. John William Thomas Player, aged 63, died suddenly on Tuesday morning at his residence at Long Creek, the cause of death being heart trouble. Mr. Player had made the fire prior to going to work when he collapsed, falling partly into the fire. He died within a very short time. He is survived by a widow and seven children. The children are: William, Herbert, Florence, Elizabeth, Gordon, Joseph and Ellen. Well-known in the Long Creek district as a butcher, Mr. Player had lived there the greater part of his life, having been born in Mudgee. The funeral took place yesterday afternoon to the Windeyer Cemetery, Rev. A. R. Balchin conducting the service at the graveside. Funeral arrangements were in the hands of Messrs. J. C.
