The Rev. L. V. Caldwell officiated. The church was prettily decorated by friends of the bride. The contracting parties were Madge, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Tattersall, of "Avon Lee," Tallawang, and Mr. Frederick Nelson, second son of Mrs. F. Cluff and the late Mr. Cluff, of "Mannandale," Birriwa. The Bride, who was given away by her father, looked very charming in white delustred satin. She carried a bouquet of November lilies with a trail of roses made and presented by Mrs. Herb. Cross. The beautiful mounted tulle veil was kindly loaned by Mrs. Hector Tattersall, sister-in-law. The bridesmaids were Miss Enid Tattersall (sister) and Miss Elsie Robinson (a friend of the bride), who were charmingly clad in pale coral floral casanova crepe and wore a halo of pink tulle and carried bouquets of pink roses and sweet peas. The dainty flower girls were Evelyn Tattersall (sister), assisted by Marie Cross (cousin), charmingly clad in ice blue floral casanova crepe with mop cap of silver tinsel with pink and blue flowers and carrying baskets of roses, sweet peas and asparagus fern. Mr. Keith Tattersall (bRother of the bride) carried out the duties of best man and Mr. Fred Ballard was groomsman. A reception was held in the Oddfellows' Hall, where they received many valuable and useful presents, and the usual toasts were honoured. The Rev. Caldwell presided. The Bride's mother, assisted by the Bridegroom's mother, received the guests, the former attired in a beautiful frock of brown rivulet crepe with hat and shoes to tone. The bridegroom's mother wore a black crepe-de-chene frock, with hat to match. In leaving by car on the honeymoon the bride chose, for her travelling dress navy floral casanove crepe with hat and shoes to match. Their future home will be at Birriwa.
